Welcome to Ricky's Studio—named after my dad, who helped bring this space to life! This charming, centrally located private studio apartment in Salem, NH, is the perfect getaway, just minutes from all the action. Enjoy your own private entrance and bathroom, and take advantage of the prime location near Canobie Lake Park, Tuscan Village, and Exit 1 off Rt 93, just 2 minutes from the Massachusetts border. Boston is only a 35-40 minute drive, with mountains and beaches just 45 minutes away.

For shopping and dining, the beautiful Tuscan Village is a short 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk. Pets are welcome for a $100 pet fee, so feel free to bring your furry friend along!

At 450 square feet, this cozy studio features a stunning subway-tiled kitchenette with a two-door stainless steel fridge, convection microwave, hot plate, toaster, coffee maker, and butcher block countertops. Please note there is no stove. 

Inside, you'll find a queen-sized bed (replacing the previous sofa bed), a private bathroom with a shower, and a convenient stackable laundry unit. Ample on-premises parking makes your stay even more hassle-free. Enjoy your stay at Ricky's Studio, your home away from home! 

There are 2 exterior cameras installed on the outside, street facing, doors. These cameras are in place to provide an additional layer of security for our guests. The cameras record both video and sound, but only in the exterior areas of the property.

The footage from these cameras will only be used for security purposes or in the event of an incident. There are no cameras or sound recording devices inside the property.
